Work through this checklist:

• iPhone and PC are on the same local network (same Wi-Fi / router).
• The IP address entered in the app matches your PC, and the port is 4242.
• In OpenTrack, Input is set to UDP over network and you pressed Start.
• Your PC firewall allows OpenTrack to receive incoming connections.

Any iPhone with a TrueDepth camera - iPhone X or newer. Models without a front TrueDepth camera (e.g. iPhone SE) are not supported, because face tracking relies on that sensor.

Use OpenTrack's Center function (assign a hotkey in OpenTrack) while looking straight ahead to reset your neutral position. Keep the phone stable and make sure your face is well lit and fully visible to the camera.

Latency depends on your network. Use a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network or a personal hotspot, keep both devices close to the router, and avoid busy networks. A wired PC connection to the router also helps.

Ads require an active internet connection on the iPhone. If a video doesn't load, wait a moment and try again - ad availability can vary by region and time. Watching one video unlocks 4 hours of uninterrupted tracking.

No. Face and depth data are processed on your device only and are never uploaded. Only the computed head-pose values are sent, via your local network, to the OpenTrack destination you configure. See the Privacy Policy for details.
